Hemp Backpack (250 g/m²)

A sturdy rucksack with drawstrings. The rucksack is made from hemp fibres (250 g/m²). A sturdy bag, suitable for everyday use. Also ideal as a gym bag or sports bag. Capacity approx. 8 litres. The hemp plant has strong natural fibres and almost all parts of the plant can be utilised. As such, the hemp plant has been deliberately cultivated for centuries for the production of textiles, amongst other things. Hemp is an extremely fast-growing and easy-to-cultivate plant and is naturally resistant to insects. The hemp plant uses 25 to 35 per cent less water than the cotton plant and has a clever root system: thanks to its deep, fine roots, the hemp plant keeps the soil healthy and removes toxic substances from it.
