A new chapter together: Clipper Interall fully integrates into Giving as of 1 April 2027.
We are proud to announce that as of 1 April 2027, Clipper Interall will be fully integrated into Giving. Together, we continue under one name: Giving.
What started as close collaboration has grown into something bigger: a combined force built to give you more choice, more quality and more convenience than ever before.

What's changing?
Clipper Interall and Giving have been working increasingly closely together for some time. As of 1 April 2027, Clipper Interall will become fully part of Giving, and together we will continue under the name Giving. We'll keep you informed well in advance and guide you step by step through this transition.

When will the integration officially be complete?
The integration will be completed on 1 April 2027. From then on, Clipper Interall will continue fully under the name Giving.
Will the name Clipper Interall disappear?
Yes, as of 1 April 2027 we will continue together under the name Giving.
Ordering, contact person and service
Will my contact person stay the same?
Until 1 April 2027, your current contact person remains your point of contact. As of 1 April 2027, our sales team will be restructured and you'll be assigned a dedicated contact person within this new team. Your contact person will reach out to you about this.
Will anything change about my current orders?
Orders you place up to 1 April 2027 will continue to be handled as you're used to for the time being. As of 1 April 2027, orders will be processed through Giving.
Pricing and customer terms
Will prices and customer terms change?
Yes, on 1 February 2027 the prices and discount structures of Clipper Interall and Giving will be harmonized. Your contact person will reach out to you about this.
Webshop, catalogue, API and assortment
Will the Clipper Interall webshop remain in place?
No. We aim to have the Clipper Interall assortment available on the Giving website in February 2027. As of 1 April 2027, you'll order the complete assortment through the Giving webshop.
Do you currently order from both Clipper and Giving?
Already in contact with both Clipper Interall and Giving? Until 1 April 2027, you can simply keep ordering from both. In the meantime, the Clipper Interall assortment is gradually becoming available within Giving, so you can also choose to order through Giving already. As of 1 April, everything will run from your Giving account: one webshop, one catalogue, one API connection and one contact person for the entire assortment. Your Clipper Interall order history will be carried over. That means less admin and more overview for you.
Clipper customers only: What happens to my API connection?
The Clipper Interall API will no longer be available as of 1 April 2027. Once the integration is complete, you'll be able to use your Giving login and Giving token. We'll inform you about this in good time.
Clipper and Giving customers: What happens to my API connection?
As of 1 April 2027, you'll work with a single API connection for the entire assortment. Once the integration is complete, you'll continue to use your Giving login and Giving token.
Timeline
- Late September 2026 – New products from Parker, Waterman, Stilolinea and Victorinox have been added to the Clipper Interall assortment.
- Late October 2026 – The Clipper Interall assortment is expanded with BrandCharger and Stabila from the Giving assortment.
- January 2027 – The joint Collection Highlights catalogue is released.
- January 2027 – We present ourselves as one company at trade shows, starting with PSI 2027.
- 1 February 2027 – Prices and discount structures are harmonized.
- February 2027 – The Clipper Interall assortment becomes available on the Giving website.
- 1 April 2027 – The integration is complete: one contact person, one webshop, one main catalogue, one API connection and fully integrated marketing support.
New name and brand identity
As of 1 April 2027, Clipper Interall and Giving will continue together under the name Giving. Giving is celebrating 25 years as a wholesaler. We'll mark the occasion with a refreshed look and feel and a new logo. At the trade shows in January 2027, we'll reveal the new logo and renewed identity. We look forward to showing it to you in person.
