What has changed?

Clipper Interall has joined the Favorite Gifts family of companies. While we now operate under a new parent company, Clipper Interall remains your trusted partner for promotional products and services.

 

Why did Clipper Interall join Favorite Gifts?

This step allows us to strengthen our offering, share expertise, and enhance our service capabilities. By joining the Favorite Gifts group, we gain access to new resources, product innovation, and operational support with the aim of improving value for our customers.

 

Who is Favorite Gifts?

Favorite Gifts B.V. is a family-owned company with a strong heritage in the promotional products industry. Through a portfolio of leading brands and a focus on good quality, good stock levels and overall reliability, Favorite Gifts serves customers across Europe with dedication and expertise.

 

Will Clipper Interall remain a separate brand?

Yes. Clipper Interall will continue to operate under its own brand identity. You will still see the Clipper Interall name, brand, and products you know, supported by the additional strength of the Favorite Gifts group.

Clipper Interall will separate from Plato Group, company which will continue to exist with IGO Promo & Compacon.

 

Do I need to reset my password for the new webshop?

Yes. With the launch of the new webshop, you will need to reset your password.

For security reasons, existing passwords cannot be transferred to the new website.
You will receive an email this week with instructions on how to set your new password.


Customers & Sales

Will my account manager or sales contacts change?

You will continue working with the same Clipper Interall contacts you know today. However, some of our other contact details have changed. Here are the updated details.

Locations, operations & logistics

Will Clipper Interall be moving location?

Our main office will remain in the Netherlands. Our printing facilities will now be in Bolesławiec, Poland.

 

Will there be changes in print options?

Yes. Our print technique and sizes per products will change entirely with our printing facility location. We will inform about the changes and include data information that affects products in due time.


Data, systems & platform

Will my data or account information be affected?

No. Your data remains secure and protected under Clipper Interall. Any system or data transitions in the future will follow all legal data protection requirements (including GDPR) and will be communicated transparently.

 

Are print codes and product numbers changing?

Yes. With the transition to our new system:

  • Print-related data
  • Product numbers

will be updated.

This information is available in our new Product API.

 

What information is available in the updated Product API?

In the updated Product API, you will find:

  • New product numbers
  • Product prices
  • Updated print codes
  • Print formats
  • Print prices

 

When will new Product API tokens be available?

The new Product API tokens will be available.

You can find these by:

  • Logging into the website
  • Clicking ‘My account’
  • Navigating to ‘Debtor API’

The following tokens will be visible:

  • Production token
  • Sandbox token (test environment)

Are there alternatives to the Product API for product data?

Yes. In addition to the Product API, we can also support you with product data files, which are available in ‘My environment’.
