From 1st September, Impression Europe will become your supplier for the Clipper range.

We want to let you know about an upcoming change to how we support you as a Clipper customer in the UK and Ireland. The products you know and trust will remain the same; the only change is your point of contact and ordering process.
Why is this changing?

This move will enable us to provide you with an even stronger level of service through a dedicated UK team based closer to you. Benefits include:

  • Shorter lead times.
  • Award-winning customer service from a dedicated local team.
  • More key account support on the ground, including increased visit frequency and faster responses to product training requests.
What stays the same?

Any orders placed with us up to and including 31st August will continue to be processed and delivered by us as normal.

  • Invoicing, credit notes and returns relating to these orders will remain with us.
  • Your existing contact will continue to support you with anything relating to orders placed before the transition.
What changes from 1st September?

From 1st September:

  • Your current Clipper website login will no longer be active.
  • All new orders and enquiries should be directed to Impression Europe.
  • UK customers: You will be automatically redirected from the Clipper website to the Impression Europe website.
  • Ireland customers: As orders are placed through the .com website, automatic redirection will not be available. New orders must be placed through Impression Europe EU Direct.

To ensure you can continue ordering without interruption, please create or activate your Impression Europe account before 1st September.
